We’re honoring our veterans the best way we know how - with a concert! We’re heading back to the beautiful Rhode Island Veterans Home to perform for our local hero veterans. This concert is sponsored by the RI Veterans Home. The public is invited to this free concert.

Come celebrate the many gifts of traditional and contemporary Armenian composers and musicians with the Rhode Island Wind Ensemble at the Armenian Evangelical Church in Cranston, RI. Donations received at this free concert will go directly to the Armenian Missionary Association of America’s Khoren and Shooshanig Avedisian School.

Join RIWE for an afternoon of Christmas and holiday treasures at the grand finale event of Scituate’s “Christmas in the Village.” In a salute to our first responders, RIWE will once again welcome Kelley Lennon to the stage for many of your favorite carols and popular holiday songs. A fireside reading of “T’was the Night Before Christmas” and a visit from Santa Claus (and maybe the Grinch!) will make this a concert for the entire family.

In a two-part concert series that pairs music of Latino and Jewish traditions, RIWE opens the season with repertoire that speaks the universal language of sorrow and joy. RIWE will perform side by side with students from the Mount Pleasant High School Music CTE Pathway program.

This concert is sponsored by the Ira S & Anna Galkin Charitable Foundation. A suggested donation of $10 at the door will go directly to support Rhode Island Latino Arts, Rhode Island’s leading nonprofit organization exclusively dedicated to the promotion, advancement, development and cultivation of Latino arts.
