FAQs
-
Yes! But supplies will be limited on concert day. Pre-ordering guarantees availability.
-
We must close pre-orders on November 20 to ensure on-time delivery. Limited quantity will be available to purchase on the day of the concert.
-
Poinsettias are sensitive to cold and sudden temperature changes. When transporting them, warm up your car before placing the plant inside, and avoid leaving it in the cold for extended periods. Keep them in a warm, well‑lit location indoors (around 65–75°F), and water only when the soil feels dry to the touch — avoid letting them sit in standing water.
